HALE YOGA

Our Yoga Classes are situated on the beautiful top floor of the atrium at Ram Mill. 

​

The class will focus on the fundamental techniques of yoga practice and give you a firm foundation so that you can be supported on your journey from beginner to some of our more advanced classes.

​

All yoga classes are included in our monthly membership.

​

All we ask if that you bring your own mat.

​
